Application of soaping on the tire bead
Rotation Unit, Soaping Unit, Storage Tank
Rotation Unit
- Motor : 90W
- Two of Centering Arm fix the tire and rotate
- Rubber Sponge in the soap tank up and forward to the tire
Soaping Unit
- Application : Upper and Lower side of Tire Bead
- Rubber sponge contact the tire bead directly and rotate
Storage Tank
- Material : Stainless Steel
- Apply upper limit of soaping water in the tank by sensor
- Install drain valve
- Install Diaphragm Pump |
